Clinical Dilemma

• Patients with out pain and with out any neurological deficit.

• MRI – extruded disc or sequestrated disc

• Report after 3 to 4 weeks for some discomfort.

After one month bilateral SLRT –ve, spinal movements still limited

Mr. A. P. 30 m, acute backache sciatica left. Parasthesia rt S1 root. Jerks normal. SLRT became negative in one months time. Spine still stiff.

Mrs. B M. 45 Female with acute backache sciatica rt.EHL weak, Hypo at L4-l5, MRI - extruded disc, Tx. Conservatively
