at Peshawar with Hua Yan Petrochemical Machinery Equipment Co. Ltd China (PCMC).

Strong grip on Commissioning Strategy, Mechanical Completion & Integrity Checking,

Pre-commissioning and Operational Testing, Start-up / Initial Operation, Testing &

Acceptance, Managing Risk & Safety.

Petrochemical Plant Operations

Command on “petrochemical plant operation”, have 3 and half years’ on hand experience

of Petrochemical plant operation comprising of Water Treatment Plants (RO,

Demineralization & Softening Units) Multiple process Distillation columns, Evaporators,

Mixers, Absorber, Stripper, Silver Catalyst bed reactor, Off Gas treatment Unit, Air

Compressor, Chilling units, Low Temperature Resin reactor, Waste Water Treatment and

BMS based Vent gas incineration unit.

On numerous occasions exhibited excellent skills in trouble shooting and producing

technical reports.

Documentation and Data controlling

Development, review and approval of entire documentations for safe operation of process

plant, such as PFD’s, P&ID’s, operation manuals, standard operating procedures, special

Position: Assistant Manager Production & QC

November 2013 to present with

ZRK Petrochemical (Pvt) Ltd Peshawar Pakistan

ZRK group is one of the largest panel board manufacturer in Pakistan & recently HUA YAN

Petrochemical machinery Equipment Co. Ltd China known as PCMC is setting up a

Formaldehyde Plant Capacity 50,000 Ton/year for ZRK Group. The Plant applies with both Off

& Flue Gases recycle Technology. The advantage of the technology is stable, safe, easy to

handle, low raw material Cost & the concentration could reached up to 52%.

Main Responsibilities

Testing & Checking of Raw material & Finished Product Physically as well as

Chemically (Qualitative & Quantitatively).

Preparation of all types of solutions (Normal, Molar, Molal, Formal & %) as per SOP.

Ensure performance of work in strict accordance with plans and specifications.

Perform all tests and quantity takes off calculations as required.

Instrumentation including Spectrophotometer UV, GC for Quality Measurement.

Operation of Formaldehyde (F/A) plant in accordance with standard operating procedures,

to achieve production targets.

Monitor equipment and systems to ensure that the required performance is maintained or

enhanced in order to secure the safety and/or commercial objectives of the asset.

Development of plant operating procedures and technical reports such as startup / shut

down, commissioning, emergency handling, safety & training.

Training of operation team to maintain the minimum competency index within the unit and

keep them motivated to achieve the excellence in operation and safety.

Perform Test-runs of different plant unit to check the performance, reviewed operating

data, analyzed variances and implemented corrective actions.

Development and stewardship of Operation Department Budget.

Lead the Emergency Command Center during emergencies and coordinated related

activities.

Development of preventive maintenance plans in liaison with support functions to ensure

plant reliability.

Participated from operations department for the F/A unit base line PHA.

Raised the valuable modification in the units and implement at the plant by following

management of change (MOC) to ensure safe and smooth operation of the unit.

Development and stewardship of turn around package and green list of the plant.

Handling of field production operation including installation and Emergency trouble

shooting.

Plant shut down, start up and operation.

Operating DCS (Distribute control system).
