Ia juga dlam bentuk pendidikan inimempunyai impak yg menyeluruh dlm proses pembangunan sumber manusia. Ia diperkenalkan oleh Knowles 1986 Andragogi :- apa jua perkara yg bersangkutpaut dgn membantu golongan dewasa. Satu proses selepas alam presekolahan. Mengikuti suatu aktiviti pendidikanSecara Tidak formal, bertujuan membawa perubahan drpd segi SKA – Kearah penyelesaian masalah individu dpt membuka jalan penyelesaianmasalah individu dan komuniti Andragogi adalah berasaskan kpd 4 andaian yg membezakannya dgn Pedagogi :- 1. Konsep kendiri golongan dewasa berubah drpd personaliti bergantung kpdindividu kpd self-directed.

KONSEP ANDRAGOGI

Berinteraksi dgn masyarakat dan turut serta dlm aktiviti boleh menambahpengetahuan, btk sikap, nilai dan budaya. Ia juga dlam bentuk pendidikan inimempunyai impak yg menyeluruh dlm proses pembangunan sumber manusia.

Ia diperkenalkan oleh Knowles 1986 Andragogi :-

Andragogi adalah berasaskan kpd 4 andaian yg membezakannya dgn Pedagogi :-

2. Golongan dewasa

berpengalaman luas sbg sumber pembelajaran

3. Kesediaan belajar

utk penuhi keperluan atau menyelesaikan masalah

4. Ilmu diperolihi

dan terus diaplikasikan

AKTIVITI PEMANASAN BADAN

1.Membengkokkan pinggang ke hadapan ( pergerakan flexsion )

2.berlari secara perlahan sambil mengundur ke belakang

3.berlari sambil membawa bola dengan menggunakan gelung.

4.Circle games

Procedure

Get all the students to sit in chairs in a circle except one person who does not have a chair. This person stands in the middle of the circle.

The person in the middle calls out one instruction. eg, “Change if you are wearing a white shirt.”

All the people wearing a white shirt must stand up and change places. The last person left standing without a chair, calls out another instruction. eg, “Change if you live in Phnom Penh.”

All the people living in Phnom Penh now change places and the person left standing calls out another instruction. eg, “Change if you are married.”

Keep playing for a few minutes.

5.Name circle

Procedure

Get all the students to stand in a large circle.

Each student must say his or her name clearly.

One student points to another student, calls out his name and the two students change places. The second student calls points, calls out the name of another student and they change places.

Variation

• The students stand in a circle. One student calls out someone's name and throws a ball to that person. They call out someone else's name and throw the ball to them.

Foot alignment should be shoulder width apart, you can confirm this by standing either side of a straight line on the floor.

When you take your rear foot back, it should not cross or move away from the midline, your foot should be pointing forward with your heel either flat on the floor, or raised if aiming to develop the stretch.

Your front leg should bend so that when you look down over your knee, you can see the tip of your toes. Lean forward aiming to keep a straight line with your heel, hip and head.

7.Moderate : Leg Over

Lie on your back, extending your left arm out to the side, while taking your left leg over your right, bringing the knee inline with the hips.

Keeping your right leg straight, use your right arm to push down on the knee of the left leg, exhaling slowly as you stretch.

8. Easy : Fetal Position

Lie on your back, keeping your head on the floor.

Slowly pull both legs into your chest, and secure them there by wrapping your arms around the back of your knees.

Exhale, pulling down on your legs while gradually lifting your buttocks off the floor.

You can stretch your neck, once in this position, by slowly tilting your chin to your chest.

9. Easy : Spine curve

Begin the stretch by laying on your front, with your hands close to your chest, fingers pointing upward.

Exhale, pushing yourself up with your arms and contracting your buttocks while keeping both feet firmly on the floor.

Look up toward the ceiling, to also feel the stretch in your neck.

10.Easy : Bar Twist

Stand with both feet facing forward, double shoulder-width apart, with legs slightly bent.

Use the bar to keep your upper body straight, with elbows high, as you slowly twist around in both directions.

Avoid moving at speed, or forcing the stretch - this is great for snowboarding and skiing - check out this site for more.

11.Easy : Lower Back-Cat Stretch

Adopt a position on all fours, point your fingers forward and your toes behind.

Start with a flat back, and then drop your head downward, pushing your shoulder blades upward and outward as you elevate your upper back.

11.Easy : Upward Stretch

Extend both hands straight above your head, palms touching.

Inhale, slowly pushing your hands upward, then backward, keeping your back straight.

Exhale and relaxing from the stretch before you repeat.

1.Lelaki dan remaja lelaki (16 tahun ke atas)

Bola saiz 3.

2.Wanita dan remaja perempuan (14 tahun ke atas) dan remaja lelaki (12 tahun sehingga 16 tahun)

Bola saiz 2.

3.Remaja perempuan (8 tahun hingga 14 tahun) dan remaja lelaki (8 tahun hingga 12 tahun)

Bola saiz 1.

4.Jumlah pemain adalah 12 orang

5.Garisan berputus-putus 9 meter adalah garisan balingan percuma
