SIP WORKING AND LEARNING

In the first week of my training I learnned about what my

company does in IT space. Quosphere have a tie-up with major companies in IT space

like(SAP (B1) QLIKTECH(QLIKVIEW) EPICOR(ERP).

Companies AVP Mr.Swatantra bharat told us about business

intelligence tools and all the technical words associatedwith them.

He told us to learn all the technical jargons used in IT space.

The first week for us is very hectic and we are facings loads

of problem while understanding the IT jargons. We told our problem to HR head Mr.vikas arora and the

problem is solved in seconds.

From the second week they have started to give the

demo of their softwares to us.

They have alloted us a business intelligence tool

called QLIKVIEW. We got one week training regarding qlikview how it

works.

They prepare us for telcalling by taking several democalls.

From the mid of third week we have started

telecalling.

Data is provided by the company

I have approached 400 companies of 4 states in 5weeks for QLIKVIEW.

38 positive responses for QLIKVIEW i get.

Our main work is to fix a meeting with companies IThead.

I learned about different softwares for different

fields.(ex-kondura for real estate)

In all this telecalling process I learn how to interact

with corporate peoples.

At the time when I get weird responses it also helpsme to control my patience.

At last week I covered 12 offices to know the

software requirement of them.

At last we meet with the CEO of our company

Mr.Anil.P.Kastuwar he appreciated us for our work.
