TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. BASIC TERMS

2. Name of Contest

Robocar Poli - Tonton dan Menang!

3. Brief Description of Contest/ Programme

The contest is held to promote the new season of the programme, Robocar Poli.

4. Brief mechanism of Contest � Contestants are required to tune in to the programme, Robocar Poli (Everyday @12.30PM- 12.45PM) and catch the Weekly character.

� Contestants will need to imitate the movement of the Weekly Character in the most creative manner.

� Contestants then need to submit a Video of themselves creatively imitating the movement of the weekly character (Poli, Roy, Helly & Amber)

� 3 winners will be selected weekly (for 5 weeks): total of 15 winners � Winners will win exclusive merchandise items.

5. Eligibility Criteria Subject to other criteria set out below and in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens of the Age of Eligibility below.

6. Ineligib ility a) Employees of Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd, Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd, Astro Entertainment Sdn Bhd, Astro Shaw Sdn Bhd, Astro Productions Sdn Bhd, Digital Five Sdn Bhd and Astro All Asia Network plc and their *immediate family members;

* “immediate family members” includes spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters.

7. Age of Eligibility The Contest is open to all Malaysians who are aged 7 years and above as of 1st January 2017. Contestants below the age of 18 years old as at 1st January 2017 must obtain the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian in order to be eligible to participate in the Contest and to receive the Prize. The Organizer considers it the responsibility of parents and/or guardian to monitor their children’s participation in this Contest. At the request of the Organiser, the parents and/guardian of such Contestant must sign an indemnity in the form required by the Organiser as a precondition to their child’s entitlement to the Prize(s).

8. Charges The Organiser does not charge for Contest entries submitted by Contestants. All costs incurred for the Contest including without limitation to, preparation and submission of entries shall be at the Contestants’ own expense.

9. Contest Period

This Contest runs from 25 June 2017- 29 July 2017. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion.

10. Language of Contest

The Contest will be organized by the Organiser in Bahasa Malaysia.

11. Entry Procedure

a) Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice which are made available on www.astroceria.com.my

b) Contestants then need to record a Video of themselves creatively imitating the movement of the Weekly Character (Poli, Roy, Helly & Amber) appearing on the Programme.

c) Contestants then will need to log on to Instagram and upload the video with the #astrorobocarpoli #astroceria hashtags. Contestants below the age of 13 will require the assistance of their parent/legal guardian to upload the video on to Instagram.

d) Contestants will also need to tag @astroceria Program TX Date: Kimchi Belt: Everyday @ 12.30pm-12.45pm The Organiser shall be entitled to request to sight the original Identity Card or the originals of other supporting documents/materials of the Contestants for verification purposes.

12. Entry Deadline Entries must be received by the Organiser on/or before 12am on Sunday every week for 5 weeks from 25 Jun 2017 to 29 July 2017. Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes.

15. Selection of Winners

3 winners will be selected weekly (for 5 weeks) with the best, most creative video as determined by the Organiser at its sole discretion and in compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

The Organiser’s decision will be final and no queries and/or appeals will be entertained.

17. Notification of winners

The Contest winners will be announced and published by the Organiser on all Astro Ceria social media platforms at the end of every week throughout the contest period.

18. Collection Period Within seven (7) days from the date of Notification of winners by the Organiser. Prizes not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited.

19. Collection Venue All Asia Broadcast Centre (Visitor Entrance) Technology Park Malaysia Bukit Jalil 57000 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia or any other venue as may be determined by the Organiser.

20. Additional Terms, if any a) Eligible Contestants may submit multiple entries in the Contest. However (and subject to Clause (b) below), each eligible Contestant is only entitled to one (1) Prize throughout the Contest Period. Any subsequent Prize even if so announced shall be null and void.

b) Contestants will not be eligible to win the Prize in this Contest if he/she has won any form of Prize(s) in any other Contest held by the Organiser in the past two (2) months from the date when the winners’ names of this Contest are announced as stipulated in Clause 17 above.

c) Contest winners must continue to be *Active Astro customers until the

collection of Prizes, failing which the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify winners from the Contest and any Prizes won will be forfeited.

d) The Organiser shall not in any way be responsible or liable for any problem, loss and/or damage suffered by any of the Contest winners due to any delay and/or failure in redeeming the Prizes.

The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) and the Privacy Notice shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest (“Contestants”). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Terms, the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, the Basic Terms and the Privacy Notice shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Contestants of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice.
