In my point of view organization is very important for everything in our lifes. If you are organized in all areas of your life you are on the way to get your victory.

I believe when we work or act together willing for the same purpose or benefit it gets much easier to reach what we want and also improve our relationship with our teammates.

I´m always motivated in my life. When I feel that the motivation is going away, I stop and ask myself the reason I´m in some project and my motivation comes back. Motivation is a flame that I keep burning.
