Barangan adalah sejenis rechargeable battery jenama FUKUDA, model KAP dan KPX yang diimport dalam pelbagai saiz. Mengikut risalah yang dikeluarkan oleh pengeluar, bateri ini ini adalah dari jenis Nickel-Cadmium yang menggunakan nickel hydroxide as the active material for the positive plate, cadmium hydroxide for the negative plate. The electrolyte is an aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide containing small quantities of lithium hydroxide to improve cycle life and high temperature operation.

Ketua Pengarah Kastam memutuskan barangan ini sesuai diperjeniskan di bawah kod tarif 8507.30 900 sebagai Nickle-cadmium electric accumulator: other berdasarkan alasan-alasan berikut:

1) Barangan adalah recharable battery jenis nickel-cadmium yang menggunakan nickel hydroxide as the active material for the positive plate, cadmium hydroxide for the negative plate dengan larutan potassium hydroxide sebagai electrolyte.

2) Nickel-cadmium rechargeable battery merupakan sejenis alkaline battery

3) Barangan adalah merupakan a battery (or cell) used for storing electrical energy yangi digunakan sebagai back-up power for the requirements of high reliability where risk of failure is unacceptable seperti dalam Petrochemical Industry, Railway Lighting/Starting, Mass Transits System, Fire & Security System.
