Workshop

Here’s how we workFirst we classify three types of interventions: a. Interventions after every wash;b. interventions on damages that have not compromised the structure of the tank container; c. intervention on damage that have compromised the structure of the tank.

a. After every wash we change the manhole gasket, we check the locking points. We pump air into tank container until it reaches 1.5 bar pressure. We close the valves and check the pressure after 2 hours. If requested we change gasket valve.

b. We photograph the damaged parts, after we propose our intervention and we present the quote. After “OK”, we repair. Completed the job we photograph the result and if it is approved, we proceed to billing.

c. We ask the authorization to check the damages with the support of an engineer (bureau veritas or DNV partner) already in agreement with DLM. After this check we will send you the estimate and description of work to be done. If necessary the work will be done by highly skilled staff. After the maintenance we will send photos and the new certificate BUREAU VERITAS or DNV. DLM invoice repair and BUREAU VERITAS or DNV invoice for the new certificate.
