SINOPSIS KURSUS:
The course helps students in developing strong foundations in reading and writing skills for communicative purposes in a variety of contexts. The course integrates the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, with more emphasis being given to the skills of reading and writing.(Kursus ini membantu pelajar membina asas yang kuat bagi kemahiran- kemahiran membaca dan menulis untuk tujuan berkomunikasi dalam berbagai keadaan. Kursus ini juga menggabung-jalin kemahiran-kemahiran mendengar, bercakap, membaca dan menulis, dengan tumpuan yang lebih diberikan kepada kemahiran-kemahiran membaca dan menulis.)
LEARNING OBJECTIVES :
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
1) Demonstrate effective reading and writing skills for communicative purposes by applying the mechanics of reading and writing learned in the course .(C3)
2) Use correct grammar and vocabulary when writing a variety of texts. (P3)
