Participation is by prior registration only. Registration form must

be completed and returned to FMM by March 13, 2014 with

correct payment in cheque or bank draft made in favour of

“FEDERATION OF MALAYSIAN MANUFACTURERS”.

Refund Policy: Within 2 days of event – no refund. Between 3-6

days – 50% refund. 7 days prior to event – full refund. Replacement

is at no additional cost. Cancellation must be in writing to FMM.

FMM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the programme. All

efforts will be taken to inform participants of any changes.

3. No costume jewellery for ladies

4. No photo taking during the visit

5. Ladies to bring socks for comfort when wearing safety shoes

6. All participants have to board the bus at FMM HQ at 12.00pm

7. Nestlé has the right of refusal on any participant that is

competitive in nature to them.
