Introduction

Gama Mega Sdn. Bhd. (GMSB) was established in 2002 and is a 100% Bumiputra owned

organization.

Gama Mega Sdn. Bhd. strives to provide a one stop shop for machineries and equipment

used for the ever changing and growing construction industry. After sales service,

logistics of the product delivery and training is also provided here at Gama Mega Sdn.

Bhd.

Gama Mega Sdn. Bhd. has since branched out into other avenues of providing solutions

to client’s needs and requirements such as Information Technology and

Telecommunications, and we are also the authorized agents for the Underwater Remote

Vehicle for the Marine industry.

Workforce Management Profile

Managing Director

Captain Mahamood Ibrahim A.M.K

Captain Mahamood Ibrahim was an ex Royal Malaysian Air force (R.M.A.F) officer who graduated in

1980. He has served the Air force for 11 years before retiring to join Malaysia Airlines (MAS) in 1991.

Captain Mahamood has commanded various aircrafts types during his tenure with the RMAF and MAS

while serving as a pilot.

During his tenure in the RMAF, he attended many courses with relation to aeronautics as well as the

management for the headquarters support unit where he served 3 years and retired with the rank of

Captain.

In MAS he served as a First Officer and a Captain of the fleet and has a rating on the Boeing 777 as a

Captain in Command.

Captain Mahamood’s experience has enabled him to be a consultant of various aviation companies and

to further expand his knowledge on the vast industry of aviation.

To date, Captain Mahamood currently runs and manages his own company, Aviamarine Integrated

Sdn. Bhd. and Gama Mega Sdn. Bhd. which has these elements that he is familiar with.





General Manager

Raghu Raj (Bachelor of Science in Information Technology)

Raghu Raj graduated from the Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia with a Bachelor of Science in

Information Technology with Honors in 2005.

During his time in Australia, he had also completed the Media and Presentation Skills Training at Ball

Public Relations Pty Ltd, and was an Ambassador for the Education Adelaide Ambassador Program. He

was responsible for marketing and promoting Adelaide as a study destination to current and future

international students. He was also a liaison for the 3 universities and acted as their first point of

contact for the welfare, representation and education for international students in Adelaide.

Upon returning to Malaysia after graduation, Raghu joined NCS Malaysia and served their client Optus

Telecommunication (Australia) as a Specialist in Operations, where he managed a team of 22 staff

managing crucial timelines, clients expectations and served as the first point of contact for critical

incidents involving data and telecommunication downtimes involving clients in Australia.

Raghu has also served as a Specialist in Total Quality Management & Project Management Office

(PMO), where he worked to set up call centre’s that were outsourced such as Air Asia, Tune Money,

Edexcel & MPIB. He was responsible for creating and managing new and ongoing projects of the

industry, by setting processes, primary requirements and continuously managing those needs.

In 2008, he then ventured into the Assistance industry and worked with Chartis Insurance Australia

based in Technology Park, where he served as an Assistant Manager of Operations. He assisted in

managing a team of 100 staff, and constantly worked with providers from all over the world and clients

mainly from Australia and New Zealand.

To date, Raghu has 5 years of experience in Operations and the ability to meet the high expectations

set out by the various international clients. With this experience under his belt, he has since joined

Gama Mega Sdn. Bhd. where he will bring his expertise to the company.

Alya Hazwani Hamidon (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology)

Alya Hazwani Haji Hamidon, graduated with her Diploma in Medical Lab Technology with a GPA of 3.91

in 2009 from Pusat Teknologi & Pengurusan Lanjutan (PTPL).

During her course of study there, she excelled in the field of laboratory science and medical lab

technology with a keen knowledge of the essence of medicine and its elements.

Upon graduating, she worked as a Laboratory assistance in PTPL and had the opportunity to manage

the lab’s logistics and has a keen knowledge and the inner working of the sales industry, as she met

and dealt with many medical representatives during her tenure there.

To date, Alya has since joined Gama Mega Sdn. Bhd. and brings with her the knowledge the knowhow

of her medical background and sales and marketing strategies to be applied within the company and to

sync her skills with the company’s vision, mission & core values.
