1.0 Pengenalan GoalBall

Goalball adalah satu acara berpasukan yang dicipta khas untuk individu yang

mempunyai masalah penglihatan. Sukan ini telah direka oleh Hanz Lorenzen,

warga Austria dan Sepp Rindle, warga erman pada tahun !"#$. %ereka

mencipta sukan ini untuk membantu pemulihan pesakit masalah penglihatan

pada &erang 'unia kedua. (he )nternational *lind Sports +ederation )*SA -,

adalah badan rasmi bagi sukan goal ball ini.

Goal ball telah meningkat dengan pesat seak beberapa dekad ini. %alah ia

telah dipertontonkan kepada masyarakat dunia pada Sukan &aralimpik !"/$

di (oronto. Goalball telah menadi sukan rasmi pada Sukan &aralimpik !"01

di Arnhem dan telah berterusan sehingga temasya Sukan &aralimpik kini.

&eserta bertanding dalam kumpulan bertiga. %ereka akan membaling bola

yang mempunyai loceng di dalamnya ke dalam pintu gol lawan. Loceng di

dalam boal itu digunakan untuk mengagak posisi bola. &erlawanan goalball

ini memakan masa selama 21 minit. !1 minit untuk satu separuh masa.

&enutup mata digunakan untuk membenarkan peserta yang mempunyaipenglihatan unutk bertanding dengan adil dan saksama.

2.0 Gelanggang dan peralatan Goalball

&eraturan )nternational *lind Sports +ederation )*SA -, mengkehendaki

gelanggang goalball supaya berukuran !0 meter panang dan " meter lebar.

*ola goalball mempunyai berat sebanyak !.23 4G, mempunyai 0 lubang kecil

dan mempunyai loceng di dalamnya. *ola itu berukuran /$ cm.

3.0Pemain Goalball

(iga pertukaran dibenarkan sebagai tambahan kepada tiga pemain utama.

&osisi pemain dalam goalball ialah seorang pemain tengah dan dua orang

pemain sayap. &emain lelaki dan perempuan bertanding secara berasingan .

&enutup mata perlu dipakai sepanang masa.

4.0 Pelanggaran undang undang

&emain yang didapati melanggar undang 5 undang selalunya akan

dikenakan tindakan kehilangan posisi memegang bola kepada pihak lawan.

Antara kesalahan itu ialah 6

%embaling bola sebelum pegawai perlawanan menyuruh bermain

*alingan yang keluar daripada gelanggang

Pass Out 5 4etika hendak mengahantar kepada rakan, bola itu

&emain dalam sesuatu pasukan itu mengambil masa selama !1 saat untuk

membaling bolaSeseorang pemain membaling bola sebanyak 8 kali berturut 5 turut.

of visually impaired %orld %ar IIveterans&1'. (he International )lind ports *ederation+I)A, responsible for fifteen sports for the blind and partially sighted in total, is the

governing body for this sport.

(he sport evolved into a -ompetitive game over the net few de-ades and was a

demonstration event at the 1"/$ ummer aralympi-sin (oronto&1'.(he sports first-hampionship was held in 1"/2and goalball be-ame a full part of the aralympi-s from

the 1"20 ummer aralympi-sin Arnhemonwards&1'.

arti-ipants -ompete in teams of three, and try to throw a ball that has bells embedded init, into the opponents goal&3'.(hey must use the sound of the bell to 4udge the position

and movement of the ball. Games -onsist of two 10 minute halves &3'.)lindfoldsallow

partially sighted players to -ompete on an e5ual footing with blind players

Court and equipment

International )lind ports *ederationrules re5uire the field of play to be 12m long by "m

wide.&6'Goals span the width of the pit-h. '(he ball weighs 1.378g and has eight holes

and noise bells -ontained within. (he balls -ir-umferen-e is around /$-m.
