1. Is the gold bullion genuine?

Yes. Our gold bullion is genuine 999 gold that can be verified via any legal sources.

2. How does the company makes the profit to share with Clients?

We have a team that works with the funds  and the gold  bullion to generate further profits 

to help us share the profits with you.

3. Can I trade‐in the gold bullion before 180 days (before the safe keeping period ends)?Yes The gold factory will accept trade‐in of gold bullion at the market value price minusYes. The gold factory will  accept trade‐in of gold  bullion at the market value price minus 20‐25%.

4. What if I do not return the gold bullion on time after 180 days

Genneva Malaysia will consider that the Client would like to keep the gold bullion should  

the Client keeps it  for more than 7 days after the safe keeping period. Should the Client 

decides to trade in the gold bullion to Genneva Malaysia thereafter the gold factory can

decides to trade‐in the gold bullion to Genneva Malaysia thereafter, the gold factory can 

choose to acquire the gold bullion based on market rate minus  20‐25%.

5. Is there a risk?

As with any form of purchase and selling of products, there will be a risk. Please liaise with 

our consultant for further information on risk analysis.

6. What if something happen to me?

There is no worry as with any trading timeline and renewal, there is a requirement for 

beneficiary rights.
