    claims for non - allowance of such item in the Preliminaries of this contract shall be

    entertained should contractor decide to or fail to list such items costs involvement or

    items of monetary value related to the contract but which have not been allowed for in

    the Preliminaries.

    SITE CLEARANCE

    Notes:

    The contractor shall exercise such care and attention as required to

    ensure thah clearing operationis confined within the areas to be

    cleared. The contractor shall be responsible and pay at his own cost

    for any remedial works required resulting from any clearing not

    authorised by the S.O or clearing beyond the area as specified.

    The contractor shall be deemed to have visited and examined the site

    and its surrounding to satisfied himself as the extent and nature of

    the works, means of access and transportation and in general to have

    obtained to himself all necessary information as to risks, contigencies

    and all circumstances influencing and effecting the work. no claim

    will be entertained on the ground lack of knowledge on the extend of

    the works and the condition of the site.

    All tree trunks, etc. shall be grubbed out and remove and the

    excavation backfilled with selected materials to be approved by the

    S.O. no broken up of brickwork, concrete and other hard materials

    shall be returned into the excavation.

    Allow for site clearance to the extend as shown on the drawings of

    all shrubs, grass, rubbish etc. cut down all trees irrespective of sizes

    and girth of trunk including grubbing up roots, stumps, etc.

    materials, etc. dispose of and cart away from site of the Contractor's

    own dumping area, all as directed by the S.O. (approximately area

    NOTE :-

    The Contractor must submit detailed calculation and drawings of the

    proposed timber roof trusses system as and when required or before

    the prefabrication of the system to the Structural Engineers for

    evaluation. The Contractor shall obtain the approval of the approval

    of the structural Engineer before they can proceed with their

    fabrication works. The design must be endorsed by the Qualified /

    Registered Engineer. The contarctor is also responsible for obtaining

    the necessary certeficate from the manufacturer for submission tu the

    Architect. The proposed timber roof trusses must have a warranty for

    10 years:-
