1.   Ini0al  Stage:  NWCC  members  at  loggerheads.  

2.   Present  Stage:  More  tolerant  and  understanding.  

3.   MW   Technical   Commi2ee   is   the   “backbone”   and                                                “nerve  centre”  to  NWCC.  

4.   Minister   of   Human   Resources   –   stay   neutral   but   Secretary  keeps  him  updated.  

5.   Cabinet   are   frequently  updated  on  any   serious   issues/ma2ers  on  MWs.
