Student’s performance for that subject would be captured as ‘VR’ (Valid Reason). The overall marks for that subject would then be pro-rated accordingly. Letter of excuse from parents is not acceptable. For cases of absence without a valid reason, results will be reflected as ‘AB’ (Absent). This would mean that the child would not get any marks for that component of that paper. 2.
