Contoh:

(a) Diagram 15 (i) shows a solid right prism with rectangular base ABHG on a horizontal plane. The surface

ABCDE is the uniform cross-section of the prism EA and CB are vertical edges. Rectangle EDFK and

rectangle DCJK are inclined planes. The height of D from AB is 5 cm and ED = DC.

Rajah 15 (i) menunjukkan sebuah pepejal berbentuk prisma tegak dengan tapak segiempat tepat ABHG

terletak di atas satah mengufuk. Permukaan ABCDE ialah keratan rentas seragam prisma itu. Tepi EA dan
