Kaedah menyelesaikan soalan “silmultaneous linear equations” ,
2 langkah:
1) Kenal pasti anu atau huruf yang mudah diselesaikan dan darabkan mengikut nombor yang besar.
2) Kenal pasti tanda + Atau – dan pastikan tanda yang sama + dan + atau – dan - akan berlaku penolakan-tanda yang berbeza + dan – atau – dan + akan berlaku penambahan.
Contoh:
3 q + 5 r = 12q + 3 r = 4
Huruf q dipilih dan perlu didarabkan dengan nombor yang lebih besar, 33 q + 5 r = 24 ----------------1
