INTRODUCTIONPersonality development is the sum total of ways in which an individual reacts and interacts with others . Or personality is generally defined as the deeply ingrained and relatively enduring patterns of thought, feeling and behaviour. In fact, when one refers to personality, it generally implies to all what is unique about an individual, the characteristics that makes one stand out in a crowd.

Outer personality helps us to be accepted, liked and loved, inner qualities or traits make long lasting impressions and relationships, helping us to succeed and grow throughout our lives.

Inner traits are intricate and call for regular introspection to contribute to the growth and development of a personality.

Types of personalityTypes of personalityExtrovert: They are outgoing, enthusiastic and self- confident. They constantly seek the company of others, and are often the centre of attention. They have excellent communication skills. Extroverts most often engaged those jobs which require interaction with people. These people are also considered team leaders. They are assertive. They always communicate first.Introvert : They are defined as “a person who tends to shrink from social contacts to become preoccupied with his own thoughts.” they are more often self- consciousness, quiet, and deliberate.

Ambivert : they are one whose personality type is intermediate between extrovert and introvert. An ambivert has a balanced personalities. Ambiverts use the introverts and extroverts to achieve their success and in the process they help them also to succeed. Ambivert is a middle ground holder. Checks and acts, depending on the situation the person is in.

The positve : plus, charged, willing to take chances. Succeeds more often than fails and treats failure as a step towards success.

The negative : negative, minus, rarely smiles, blames others instead of taking charge.

In my SWOT analysis I came to understand In my SWOT analysis I came to understand I have good height but I am over weight due to which I am loosing my opportunity in getting job as a cabin crew because there I high competition going on.I got good understanding potentiality but because of my short temperedness I am getting failed or lagging behind in helping or sorting out others problem who are coming for the help.I have a helping nature but because of my short temperedness I am lacking behind in helping and rescuing animals which causing a fear or shame on my part. I am moderate speaker and because I am a bad listener im loosing my leadership.

Johari window• It is named after the first names of its inventors, joseph

luft and harry ingham.• It is a communication window for giving and receiving

information.• It is one of the most useful models describing the process

of human interaction.• The most useful method describing the process of human

interaction. A four paned window as illustrated above, divides personal awareness into four different types, as represented by its four quadrants open self, hidden self, bling self, and unknown self.

Quadrants of johari window• Open self : the person- behaviour, attitude,

feelings, emotions, knowledge, experience, skills, views, etc. known by the person “the self ” and known by the group “others” .

Example : from my class ravi is in open self window.• Blind self : this is the information what is known

about a person by others in the group, but is unknown by the person him/himself

Example : rahul is in the blind self.

thought and knowledge with others. Some time my friends tells me about my those things which they observed in my behaviour but I didn’t realize many times

1440 minutes.Why does the business – tycoon earn so much and the poor man on the roadside almost nothing ?= one obvious answer is that the businessman is doing business in his time of 144o minutes while the poor man is not putting his time to productive use and therefore is in his poor situation.
