Thank you for attending this briefing on producing a

newsletter. I would like to touch first on the getting of articles for the

newsletter.

I have put up a notice asking students to prepare articles of

interest for the newsletter. So, your duties are as follows: collect

articles of interest from the students through the class monitors.

Then, select the best of the articles and edit them. Type out the

selected articles and proofread them. Finally, send the articles to the

main committee for printing.
