CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT 

This agreement is made on __________ at ___________ between Ali Bin Abu, addressed

50, Jalan Bahagia, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.

(Hereinafter referred to as “the owner”)

(herein referred to as "the hirer").

It is hereby agreed as follows:

1. The owner will let and the hirer will take the motor vehicle, Perodua Viva 1.0 Elite

(Auto) registration number DM 2025 (herein referred to as "the vehicle"), from 31

AUGUST 2013 until 31 FEBRUARY 2013 with daily/weekly/monthly rate fees.

2. The hirer acknowledges that they shall be liable at the end of the hire term to pay to

the owner any applicable additional charges payable at the end of the term. These

include, but are not limited to:

a) charges for late return of the vehicle;

 b) charges for damage to or repair of the vehicle and any enforcement charges

relating to such damage or repairs (including legal costs)

c) traffic and/or parking offence infringement fees

3. The owner reserve the right to claim all the charges involving the suit, compound,

fines and court cases even the hirer has already returned the rental car and is over. If 

the owner able to prove the offense committed by the tenant during the period of car 

tenancy.4. The hirer is liable for:

a) any loss of, or damage to, the vehicle and its accessories;

 b) any consequential damage, loss or costs incurred by the owner, including

salvage costs, loss of ability to re-hire and loss of revenue; and

c) any loss of, or damage to, vehicles and property of third parties, arising during

the term of hire.

5. The hirer shall not:

a) operate the vehicle or allow it to be operated in circumstances that constitute

an offence against any of the Act (which relates to driving under the influence

of alcohol or drugs); b) operate the vehicle or allow it to be operated in any race, speed test, reliability

trial, rally or contest, or operated on any race or rally circuit or in any event as

a pace-maker or testing in preparation for any of them;

c) operate or allow the vehicle to be used in involvement with any illegal

activity

6. This agreement aims to deny involvement and connection and complicity makers by

the owner in violation of criminal law committed by the hirer during rental period if 

any.

With this, the two parties have agreed to the terms of the lease as set out as above. Thus, both

 parties sign below:

SYARAT-SYARAT PENYEWAAN KERETA

1. Mempunyai lesen memandu Malaysia kelas D yang sah.

2. Penyewa /peminjam dilarang melakukan kegiatan jenayah. Jika ingkar laporan polis

akan dibuat.

3. Penyewa/peminjam tidak dibenarkan menukar,mengambil sebarang alat ganti

terhadap kenderaan yang disewa/dipinjam. Jika ingkar loporan polis dibuat ‘ Kes curi

spare-part kenderaan’.

4. Segala tuntutan saman yang dikeluarkan pihak berkuasa adalah tanggungjawab

 penyewa/peminjam.

5. Sebarang kerosakan kecil atau besar adalah tanggungjawab penyewa/peminjamsepenuhnya.

6. Kenderaan yang disewa/dipinjam hendaklah dipulangkan mengikut masa yang

dijanjikan. Jika lewat bayaran tambahan dikenakan.

7. Sekiranya penyewa/peminjam tidak memulangkan kenderaan melebihi tempoh 12 jam

tanpa sebarang pesanan/pemberitahuan penyewa/peminjam akan dianggap ‘kes curi

kereta’. Laporan polis akan dibuat.

8. Wang deposit minima adalah sebanyak RM 1 000.00 bergantung kepada jenis

kenderaan. Wang deposit akan dipulangkan selepas Kereta telah dipulangkan dan

segala saman dalam tempoh penyewaan adalah tanggungjawab penyewa di mana

 pemilik berhak menunutut bayaran sepenuhnya jumlah saman, kompuan seperti yang

termaktub di dalam perjanjian sewa kereta

9. Penjagaan kenderaan semasa tempoh sewaan/ pinjaman adalah di bawah

tanggungjawab penyewa/peminjam sepenuhnya. Jadi diingatkan sentiasa berhati-hati

semasa menggunakan kenderaan tersebut.
