hydrologic capacities of the Davao River Catchment• It is a vision of the organizers and the general populace
that the emotions and advocacy levels attained during the holding of the festival will be sustained the whole time. Th d i f b h i l h f th l t• The drivers for behavioural change from the complacent and unaware society to a better organized and pro-active stance to effect a continuous action regardless of political conditions are envisioned to be institutionalized.
Conclusion
