LOGIN TO RADIA ONLINE SYSTEM [PRIVATE SECTOR]

1. Launch the Internet browser and browse to RADIA Online System at address:

http://radia.moh.gov.my/.

2. Click on RADIA ONLINE APPLICATION button on the top left of the screen to access to RADIA

ONLINE APPLICATION.

3. Click on e-RADIA : Private Sector Licensing button to access to RADIA ONLINE APPLICATION

4. Enter the Login ID and Password and click on Login button to login to the system.

5. Upon successful authentication of Login ID and Password, e-RADIA : Private Sector Licensing

system main page will be displayed.

BILL CHECK (INVOICE)

1. Login to e-RADIA : Private Sector Licensing.

(please refer to chapter LOGIN TO RADIA ONLINE SYSTEM [PRIVATE SECTOR])

2. Click on BAYAR BIL SECARA ONLINE to access to the payment module.

3. Click on [Semak Bil] to view and check the invoice. The invoice will be downloaded as PDF file

format, select to open from location or download the file to proceed.

4. Open the file with a PDF viewer program.

BILL PAYMENT

1. Login to e-RADIA : Private Sector Licensing.

(please refer to chapter LOGIN TO RADIA ONLINE SYSTEM [PRIVATE SECTOR])

2. Click on BAYAR BIL SECARA ONLINE to access to the payment module.

3. Click on [Bayar Bil Ini] to proceed with bill payment.

4. The details of the bill will be displayed, click on BAYAR BIL INI button to proceed with the bill

payment.

5. The bill payment gateway access will be displayed, click on Click to Pay button to proceed.

6. Select the payer account bank account from the list of Retail Banking or Corporate Banking

option.

7. Optionally, enter the email address in the column provided to receive the transaction status

notification via email.

8. Click on Agree and Continue button to proceed with the payment using the selected payer

bank account.

9. Please DO NOT CLOSE the payment gateway window until the transaction completed.

10. Login to the payer bank account.

(depending on payer bank account, the login and payment authentication will be different)

11. Verify the payment amount and proceed to the payment authentication.

12. Complete the bank authentication process and proceed with the payment.

13. Bill payment transaction status will be displayed.

14. Optionally, click on Print button to print the bank transaction receipt.

15. Transaction summary and status will be displayed on Payment Gateway. Click on Print

button to print the transaction status or click on Click Here to Complete Your Transaction

button to complete the payment process.

16. Upon successful transaction, the payment receipt will be generated. The receipt will be

downloaded as PDF file format, select to open from location to proceed.

17. Payment list in the payment module will be updated. Click on Telah Bayar – Cetak Resit to

reprint the receipt.
