Cara Memasak: 1. Panaskan minyak masak kemudian tumiskan rempah 4 sekawan. 2. Masukkan cili giling dan sambung menumis sehingga cili masak. 3. Kemudian tambahkan rempah gulai, rempah ketumbar dan tumis sehingga rempah bau harum. 4. Tambahkan serbuk kunyit, halia, bawang merah dan bawang putih. 5. Masukkan ayam dan air rebusannya. 6. Cara Memasak:Sediakan daging salai dengan menghiris daging mengikut urat pada ketebalan 1 inci dan perapkan bersama kunyit dan garam. Salaikan daging yang telah diperap sehingga masak sepenuhn-ya. Setelah masak, hiriskan daging nipis melawan urat.

Cara Memasak Pengat Pisang:1. Rebuskan air bersama daun pandan dan gula melaka. 2. Setelah gula melaka cair, tambahkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N bersama garam dan masak selama 10 minit atau sehingga likat. 3. Kemudian, masukkan pisang yang telah dipotong dan kacau rata. 4. Biarkan direbus selama 1 minit dan matikan api.

Cara Memasak Kuih Serabai:1. Campurkan semua bahan-bahan kecuali minyak masak ke dalam mangkuk. Gaulkan sehingga sebati dan tapiskan supaya adunan menjadi licin. 2. Cara Memasak Ayam Goreng Berempah:1. Panaskan minyak masak dahulu. 2. Untuk adunan ayam goreng berempah campurkan bawang merah, bawang putih, cili giling, serbuk jintan manis, tepung gandum, tepung jagung dan sebiji telur kemudian gaul sebati. 3. Campurkan jus limau nipis bersama Susu Isian Sejat F&N kemudian perahkan lagi 1 biji limau ke dalam dan gaul hingga likat dan campurkan dengan adunan awal.4. Cara Memasak:*Campurkan serbuk kari ikan bersama serbuk cili dan tuangkan sedikit air, digaul menjadi pes.

1. Panaskan sedikit minyak masak. 2. Tumiskan daun kari, daun pandan dan rempah halba campur hingga harum. 3. Masukkan bawang merah dan putih yang telah dihiris dan tumiskan hingga layu.4. Masukkan pes kari yang telah disediakan dan masak sehingga pecah minyak. 5. Seterusnya masukkan bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar bersama sedikit air serta serai dan biarkan ianya rebus selama 5-10 minit. 6. Masukkan tomato, air asam jawa, sedikit garam dan gula serta cili hijau dan merah. 7. Kemudian masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N bersama kepala ikan. 8. Apabila hampir masak, masukkan tauhu kering, terung dan bendi kemudian biarkan rebus hingga sedikit layu. 9. Kari Kepala Ikan siap untuk dihidang.

Cooking Methods:*Combine �sh curry powder with chilli powder and some water, mix it into a smooth paste.

1. Preheat some cooking oil.2. Sauté curry leaves, pandan leaves and fenugreek mix spice until aromatic.3. Stir in sliced red onions and garlic until caramelised. 4. Add in pre-prepared curry paste and cook until it splits from oil. 5. Next, add in blended ingredients with some water and lemongrass. Allow it to simmer for 5-10 minutes. 6. Add in tomatoes, tamarind paste, salt, sugar, green and red chillies.7. Follow by adding in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and �sh head. 8. Once it’s nearly cooked, add in dried tofu, eggplant and lady �ngers. Allow to simmer until is cooked. 9. Curry Fish Head is ready to serve.

Cara Penyediaan:*Rendamkan teh ke dalam air panas mendidih sehingga menghasilkan teh pekat.

1. Tuangkan 4 sudu besar gula melaka yang telah dicairkan di bahagian bawah gelas. 2. Kisarkan ais dengan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan tuangkan perlahan-lahan ke dalam gelas untuk membuat lapisan kedua.3. Kemudian tuangkan teh perlahan-lahan untuk membuat lapisan ketiga. 4. Untuk hiasan, ambil sedikit buih dari kisaran ais sebentar tadi dan letakkan di atas minuman.
