• Performing Receiving, Dismantle, Repair, Service, Refurbishment inspection of Calm Buoy including welding activity – inconel/ incoloy, stainless Steel interlay.

• Perform inspection for dull grading, manufacturing, remanufacturing, servicing, repair and/ or refurbishment and/or welding activity of hard facing, interconnection shank connection on drill bit, rock bit, stabilizer and drilling equipment.

• Machining and welding inspection for manufacturing, remanufacturing, repair, servicing, refurbishment of pipeline valve, Christmas tree and wellhead especially on Stainless Steel& Inconel innerlay welding on valve pocket, ring groove and thru bore – carbon steel/ stainless steel innerlay.

• Develop Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and to qualified Procedure Qualification Report (PQR) for welding Carbon Steel and/or stainless steel for structural and/or pipe, Aluminium Welding for Steel Structural, to comply with ASME IX, ANSI B31.3 and AWS D1.1.

• Develop Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and to qualified Procedure Qualification Report (PQR) for welding Carbon Steel and/or stainless steel, Inconel/ Incolloy innerlay, Stainless Steel Innerlay, Monel on pipeline valve, drilling valve, Christmas tree, wellhead, pumps, drilling bit, rock bit and hard facing on Drilling pipe to comply with API Spec. 6A, API Spec 14D, API Spec 16A, API Spec 6D/ ANSI B16.5 and API Spec 7/ API RP 7G.

• Conduct Welder Qualification Test (WQT) for Structural, Piping, Pipeline Valve, Christmas Tree and/or Wellhead.

• Provide AUTOCAD and CAD-CAM drawing for machining works of lubricator Christmas Tree and Wellhead (API Spec 6A/ 16A/ 14D), Cross Over (API Spec 5CT), Flanges (API Spec 6A/ ANSI B16.5) and valve component (API Spec 6D).

• Lead Company Safety Committee meeting.

• Inspection of assemble, repair, servicing, maintenance, refurbishment of actuator valve (AV) and motor operating valve (MOV) for:-
