This meeting is being held in conformity to the School Quality Management System (SPSK) Bill. 2 Year 2014. Proper notice of the meeting was handed as well as affixed on the school memo board on September 6, 2014 and September 7, 2014. The Head master wishes to make those in attendance aware that this meeting is being recorded on video and typewritten for the State's Ministry of Educations' reviews. According to Resnick (1987) and Nickerson (1988), found many among researchers and educators interested in teaching thinking skills. At the present time there are efforts to introduce a form of teaching thinking skills in all subjects. Most schools in other states in Malaysia have already implemented the interest in teaching thinking skills overall.As we all aware, our school is the first primary school in the state of Perlis to adopt the higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in our standard 3 to 6 classes. Therefore the Ministry wishes to observe our teachers undergo daily lessons, whether HOTS is being conducted or not.Those of the teachers who are unable to attend, should provide a show cause letter three days before the meeting.The State's Ministry of Education is committed to preserving the decorum of the public processand is mindful that we live in the electronic age of computers, cell phones and other electronic communications devices. Nevertheless, we respectfully request that all meeting participants kindly silence their electronic devices during the course of the meeting, and if use of the device is necessary, we ask that you please leave the meeting room if you need to conduct personal business.Presence and collaboration sir / madam is crutial.Thank you.
