SUCCESS STORY OF FT ABIDA NOREEN

Education: Continuation of F.A P.T.C

Ft Abid Noureen belongs to a respectful and educated family of Basti Baqir

Shah. She is found of teaching and learning. When NCHD surveyed in D.G.Khan.

Then there was no girl school in Basti Baqir Shah and This Basti was identified as

a potential location. Before this Ft. Abida was already give education to some girls.

After the approved of FS Baqir Shah she started taking classes regularly. She

arranged meeting with parents especially with mother of OSC. She motivated them

that it is the right of girls to take education. So all the parent agreed to enroll their

girls in F.S Baqir Shah. Ft Abida Noureen held monthly meetings in which she

shared the educational assessment, attendance and their interest of education and

also weaknesses with mothers and she motivated the incoming next OSC

childrens Mothers to enroll them in F.S Baqir Shah. Advantage of her strugglethe ratio of drop out in F.S Baqir Shah down to zero percent.

COMMENTS OF AEO

Comments of AEO of M. Aslam during visit. He appreciated during his visit that a

single teacher that punctual teacher 4 classes and she teaches with keenly interestand that is the proof that people of Basti takes benefits from this school and teacher

is capable to become the part of government sector on regular basis.

Views of Head Teacher Abdul Hameed

Abdul Hameed visited school of monthly educational assessment. He said no doubt

that it is the struggle/effort of Ft Abida Noureen that she teachers many classes inone time and give quality education to the girls and they will become intelligent

and mature women of society.

Community Comments

Members of community agreed at this views that Basti avail a qualitative school

for girls. People of community convinced about the people and capability of Ft.

Abida Noureen. Because their children become obedient and awareness and

knowledgeable. They are step forward toward a successful life. And this is just

because of Ft. Abida Noureen struggle.

During school visit DPME appreciated the performance of Ft Abida Noureen and

encourage her for more struggles.

Comments of General Manager (NCHD)

During school visit GM appreciated the performance of Ft Abida Noureen and

encourages her for more struggles. Community also praised of school and teacherat the time of GM visit. They also appreciated NCHD efforts to run this school as

qualitative manners that their children will become a useful part of society.

Conclusion

It is the struggle of Ft Abida Noureen that F.S Baqir Shah has got a special place in

Basti and F.S Baqir Shah becomes a complete department of girls education.Which is the only Ft Abidas effot without FS Baqir Shah there was no concept of

girls? But because of Ft Abida Noureen personal efforts and community

motivation people of Basti understand the value and importance of girls

education. Then they take it at urgent basis that show the success of Fts aim.
