    Four waer samples are obained rom our diferen sources o waer along Sungai Zarina: nearanoilpalmfactory, attherivermouth, atKampungZarina nearapark.

    Te volume o each waer sample is 100 ml. Te waer samples are colleced in reagen botles and covered immediaely.A syringe is used o place 1 ml o 0.1% mehylene blue soluion a he botom o each waer sample.Te botle are immediaely closed and placed in a dark cupboard. Te ime aken or he mehylene blue soluion in each sample odecolourise is shown in able 1.
