With 35 years of working experience in managing technologies and manpower, he finally ended
up his career in human capital development. His specialty is in the technology transfer program,
project management and training program. His wealth of experience was amassed from his
tenures at Sapura Motor Berhad, ALPS Precisions Sdn. Bhd, EPSON Precisions, and also
Matsushita Industrial Corp and now - Asia Edu2ur Resources.
His expertise has also been sought after in his professional capacity as a Freelance Consultant
for numerous projects and programs throughout the country. He is also a certified trainer with
CIDB from 2010 and involve in the development of CIDB training module for contractors.
Name: Habibah Md Shariff
Age: 59 years
Position: Sr Engineer & Certified Trainer
Qualification: MSc in Business Engineering

A Civil Engineer by profession, Mdm Habibah graduated in 1980 from UiTM in Civil
Engineering. She started her career with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) as a civil engineer and was
posted in Negeri Sembilan, Johor Bahru and JKR HQ. In 1995, she furthered her studies for
Master in Business Engineering at Coventry, United Kingdom.
Upon returning from her studies in 1996, she was posted at Unit Teknologi Maklumat in JKR
HQ before being transferred to JKR WP Kuala Lumpur. Soon she moved to Cawangan Kerja
Pendidikan & Pengajian Tinggi (CPPT), JKR HQ. Here, she was given the task to manage the
funds given by the client.
And now she is seconded to Higher Education Ministry, heading the technical section in
planning and supervising all the projects under the ministry. In 2010, CIDB certified her as a
trainer for module developed by CIDB and she have been actively involved in the CIDB training
program with average of six training program per year.

Name: Prof. Ir. Dr. Mohd Nawi Salleh

Prof. Ir. Dr. Mohd. Nawi bin Salleh is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification and certification.
His engineering career starts in lecturing at ITM (1971-1984); MUCIA Cooperative Program
(1989), CIAST (1991-1993). Then shifted to Engineering consultancy in mechanical
engineering building services with Jurutera Konsultan (SEA) (1994-1995). By 1996 he follows
the path in construction by joining Safety Link Engineering, a fire-fighting specialist contractor
until now. In 2003, he returned to the arena of engineering consultancy with Perunding
Gagasan Prima and remain until today. During this time, he broadened the engineering
consultancy practice to cover commercial vehicles build industry and associated works that
require approval of Road Transport Department of Malaysia. By 2011-12013 he returned to
training when appointed as Adjunct Professor (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, UiTM).
Name: Hilwani Shahimi
Age: 46 years
Position: Freelance Trainer
Qualification: BSc in Elect.Eng. University of Leeds
Hilwani Shahimi started his career by joining Celcom as a Planning Engineer in May 1995 till
May 1999. He then joined Landasan Network Services (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd as a Project
Manager, overseeing all projects for telecommunication industries. In October 2009 he went to
Perth Australia and worked with G.S Trading Services Pty Ltd as a Project Manager. He then
moved to Huawei Technologies a Project Manager and based in Brunei from Nov 2011- Dec
2012. Later he becomes a Senior Manager for Infrastructure Program Management at Authority
for Info-Communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam (AITI) (March 2013 – July
2016). Hilwani also attended few courses that qualified him to be a certified trainer. He also
obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from Project Management
Institute (PMI) in 2010. He is now a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Western
Australian and Malaysian Chapters.

Starting his career as a Telesales with HSBS Kuala Lumpur, Zahid’s career move to many
different business sectors such as Able Bodied Seaman for tug boat, Site Supervisor for telco,
fiber optic installer and sale promoter. In 2016, he set up a joint venture company for event and
management. Specialising in photography and videography for wedding and events, he later
joined Asia Edu2ur Resources in 2017 as the facilitator for training program.
The facilitator works required him to travel thru out the country and independently. His main
task is to identify suitable locations, develop activities and ensure safety thru out the program.
Name: Izainil Ikhwan Rosly
Age: 33 years
Position: Facilitator & Videographer
Qualification: Prof Cert in Graphic design & Advertising (IKM)
Izainil advance in photography and videography shooting for any event. He operates and
maintains proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other
production equipment. He can create and insert static motion graphic. He also supports the
team throughout the production process, which may include finding interview subjects, creating
graphics, and presenting to client. He has creative talents and ideas to always find new ideas,
concept and skills.
In 2017, he joint Asia Edu2ur as a facilitator and videographer. His main task is organizing
activities for training, study tour and team building. This includes sourcing of location for
training, team building, tours and events.

Name: Nora Alfizah Mohd Zan
Age: 35 years

Nora has more than 11 years of experience in human resource, administrative and training.
After graduating in Bachelor Degree of Psychology from University Malaysia Sabah, she
started her career with Kelab Rekreasi Tentera Udara, Pengkalan Udara Subang as a
Personnel Executive. At KRTU, she gained extensive knowledge and experience in
administrative and human resources management. Later, she was offered a post of HR Cum
Account Administrative at Victoria Crest Sdn Bhd. After five years of gaining knowledge and
experience, she decided to leave the company to start her own business as a HR and Admin
Freelancer. In 2017, she joined Asia Edu2ur as a trainer and facilitator for training and team
building program.
Name: Syuhaidah Mohamed Amin
Age: 27 years
Position: Assistant Facilitator & Admin
Qualification: Cert of Information Technology & Malaysia Skill
Before being a staff member at Asia Edu2ur, Syuhaidah was a staff member at one of the
companies that conducted the training. Being proficient in handling duties as an admin makes
her comfortable in doing administrative work. After graduating from college, she has several
working experiences including being a salesperson at the Mall, clerks at printing companies,
admins in training centers and some other work experience.

To make the training program more interesting and marketable, we also include sight-seeing
and tours for related programs. We assist organizations in getting their staffs to have a broader
view as how works is accomplice from the same or other business sectors. Factory visit,
Government Department briefing, plantations and universities visit are part of programs that

Using our innovative approach, we developed our Team Building Programs to suits our clients’
needs and requirements. These programs are designed to develop your team leadership skills
and unleash their potential through group activities. Every program we offer is differ from one
client to another as the needs and requirements of our clients are never the same. The program
offered shall look into; a better working environment, an effective and higher productivity plus
an enjoyable workforce at all level.
We offer an indoor and outdoor team building activities. Throughout the activities, it shall
resulted in an increased of self-awareness and ability to assist one another’s by the use of
coaching rather than telling. Towards the end of the program, the participants shall have a

We provide services that encompass creative creation and management of all kinds of events
for corporate, businesses or even personal. We offer a one-stop solution from pre to post
events. This includes planning, design, sourcing, photography, videography, managing and
coordinating various types of events, as well as setups and services required for any event.
Apart from full-package services, we also offer teardown packages for clients who only need
