Drug eruption: case reportA 27-year-old woman with systemic lupus

erythematosus and nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF)presented with a 1-week history of a red, pruritic rash onher legs, which had started 2 days after starting pregabalin[dosage, route and therapeutic indication not stated].Examination revealed a few scattered erythematouspapules on her legs as well as skin-coloured induratedplaques on the extremities. Punch biopsies were consistentwith NSF and osseus metaplasia with a superimposed drugeruption. Pregabalin was withdrawn and the eruptionresolved.Berk DR, et al.
