Work Responsibilities: Making seasonal surveys for coral reef, fish, turtle, Algae and
Sea grasses.
Review the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies
provided by the hotels and dive centers in Sharm El Sheikh, and
give the final decision about it.
Responsible for Marine Unit Department in South Sinai
Protectorates to construct and maintenance of mooring along
protected areas.
Make annually report about the effect of tourism in nature
resources.
Make an assessment of the impact of incidents of boats and ships
in the North Red Sea area on the marine environment.
Implements policies and organizes activities in a designated park
or area to conserve and protect natural or cultural heritage.
Participates in management planning by providing
environmental information and making inventories of plants,
animals, marine life, and items of cultural or heritage
significance.
Ensures parks, park facilities and equipment are maintained and
cleaned.
Plans, recommends and implements facility improvements.
Patrols waterways, tracks and roads to observe and report on the
condition of marine life.
Enforces park regulations to protect parks, reserves and wildlife.
