TO SUBMIT THESIS
Arahan kepada pelajar:
1. Pastikan borang ini telah dilengkapkan sepenuhnya dalam tiga (3) salinan sebelum diserahkan kepada Pusat Pengajian Siswazah Fakulti.
Borang yang tidak lengkap tidak akan diproses.
2. Sila lampirkan Abstrak (tidak melebihi 400 patah perkataan), Jadual Kandungan Tesis dan Laporan Ketulenan.
3. Dapatkan pengesahan tesis telah siap 95% dan telah melalui proses saringan plagiat dari Penyelia.
4. Notis ini akan terbatal sekiranya tesis penuh tidak dihantar dalam masa tiga (3) bulan dari tarikh borang ini diserahkan ke Fakulti.
Instructions to candidate:
1. Ensure that the information needed in the form is complete before submission to the Head of Graduate Studies Faculty. Incomplete forms will not be
processed. Completed form must be made in three (3) copies.
2. Please attach Abstract (must not exceed 400 words), Table of Contents of Thesis and Originality Report.
3. Obtain certification by Supervisor that thesis is 95% complete and has been screened for plagiarism.
4. Should the full thesis is not submitted to Faculty within three (3) months from the date of the notice is given; this notice would be considered null and
void.
