Literal Meaning

• لهوى : يخضع وال غيره حقوق يحترم من عادل

• Mu’jam Al-’ arabi al- asasi ( Arab League )

• The triliteral root ʿayn dāl lām ( ل د occurs (ع28 times in the Quran, in two derived forms:

• 14 times as the form I verb ʿadala عدل))• 14 times as the noun ʿadl (عدل)

• Justice

• Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people to judge with justice. Excellent is that which Allah instructs you. Indeed, Allah is ever Hearing and Seeing.

• An-Nisa’ : 58

• Equate others with Him

[All] praise is [due] to Allah , who created the heavens and the earth and made the darkness and the light. Then those who disbelieve equate [others] with their Lord.

Al- An’am : 1

• A Compensation

• And fear a Day when no soul will suffice for another soul at all, nor will intercession be accepted from it, nor will compensation be taken from it, nor will they be aided.

• Al- Baqarah :48

• Allah will not accept their compensation.The same meaning explain by Allah in other verse ( Ali Imran : 91) ;

Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - never would the [whole] capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would [seek to] ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.

• Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

• ولتأخذن المنكر عن ولتنهون بالمعروف لتأمرن ه والله ولتقصرن أطرا الحق على ه ولتأطرن الظالم يدي على

قصرا الحق على

• By Allah, you must enjoin good and forbid evil and seize the hand of the oppressor and make him follow the truth and restrict him to what is just.

• Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

• اة للش يقاد ى حت القيامة يوم أهلها إلى الحقوق لتؤدنالقرناء اة الش من الجلحاء

• The rights of every people will be restored on the Day of Resurrection until even the hornless sheep will settle the score with the horned sheep.

• Muharib ibn Dithar reported: Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, said:

• أن كما واألبناء اآلباء وا بر هم ألن أبرارا ه الل سماهم ما إنحق عليك لولدك كذلك حقا عليك لوالدك

• Verily, Allah only named them as righteous because they were dutiful to their parents and children. Just as your father has a right upon you, so do your children have a right upon you.
