bahagian sebelum dan semasa ujian dijalankan dengan teliti.

2. Terdapat dua borang markah: satu untuk Pentaksir 1 (Interlokutor) dan satu

untuk Pentaksir 2. Lengkapkan borang markah bagi setiap calon selepas

selesai ujian.

Part 1 2-3 minutes

Phase 1 Interlocutor Good morning / afternoon / evening. Can I have your mark sheets, please? Candidates hand over the mark sheets to the Interlocutor.

Main questions Now, what’s your name? Thank you. And, what’s your name? Thank you. Where do you live? Do you enjoy studying English? Do you like learning English?

Back-up prompts Should I call you …? Do you have English lessons every day?

Phase 2 Interlocutor Interlocutor selects one/two of the following questions for each candidate. Allow candidates roughly 30 seconds maximum per question. Use candidates’ names throughout.

In this part of the test I’m going to give each of you five pictures which tell a story. I’d like you to talk about them on your own for about a minute. You also need to answer a question briefly about your partner’s pictures. (Candidate A), it’s your turn first. Here are your pictures. You now have some time to look at the pictures. Place Candidate booklet, open at Task 1A, in front of Candidate A. Allow candidate 45 seconds to look at the pictures. Okay, are you ready (Candidate A)? Now, tell us the story in the pictures.
