COMPANY BACKGROUNDWe are a member of the Felda Group of Companies and have vast experience in providing Engineering Consultancy and also Turnkey Contracting Services.Felda Engineering Services Sdn Bhd was formed on 1st July 1980 as Perbadanan Binaan Felda (Felda Construction Corporation) originally to provide technical services to FELDA, its subsidiaries and joint venture.

On 1st September 1994, Perbadanan Binaan Felda was corporatized as Felda Engineering Services Sdn Bhd and shared its rich experience with its customers and provide services.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES• Project Management and Engineering - (Civil/

Structural, Mechanical & Electrical) for the construction of palm oil mills, refineries, bulking installation, factories, plants, offices, warehouse and institutional buildings.

• Housing and Infrastructure Services - In-house technical services required by Felda on housing and infrastructure.

• Sabah Division - Technical services required for Felda Sabah inclusive the operation of water and electrical supplies.

• Equipment Division - Rents bulldozers, graders, rollers and backhoes to Oil Palm Plantations for construction and maintenance of agriculture road.

• Industrial System Unit (ISU) - Distributor of power transmission equipment, electric motors, palm oil screw presses and boilers, building materials and industrial equipment.

COMPANY PROFILEWe are mechanical and structural fabrication company established in June 1983 and we have progressed rapidly to become a major fabricator of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, custom made mechanical equipment, tanks & silos, structural steel work and other general fabrication work. We have achieved MS ISO 9001:2000 accreditation for all our fabrication work and we are the authorised user of ASME U & U2 Code Symbols for unfired pressure vessels. In the trading division we are the sole agent of Nikkiso Co. Ltd. Of Japan for the sale of Nikkiso Non Seal Pumps, Hi-Power Pumps, Metering Pumps. We also supply high pressure steam boilers from Germany and Biomass Thermal Oil Heaters from China. Our Ikatan Filter Press division has also supplied more than 200 filter presses to customers worldwide in the palm oil fractionation, kaolin, waste water and oleochemicals plants. Our latest contribution to energy conservation is the Flue Gas Heat Recovery Units for boilers and combustion units.

Our fabrication center is located on a 3.2 hectare site in IGB International Industrial Park, and we have a covered works space of 10,000m2. The products that we fabriate are :

1. Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers for palm oil refineries, oleochemicals, bio-diesel, chemical industries and oil & gas industries.

2. Custom made equipment for cement plants, power plants, mineral processing plants, chimneys, water treatment plants etc.

3. Stainless Steel modules for automobile painting booths.

4. Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel Storage Tanks to API Standard 650

5. Steel Structures fabriation for factories, high rise structures and pipe racks for oil & gas industries.

6. Carbon Steel fabrication for container port quay cranes.

7. Custom made filter presses up to 1.5m x 15m frame size for the palm oil fractionation and Kaolin processing plants.
