PEMBERITAHUAN KEPADA PELAUT PELAUT BIL: 11/2018 (S) NOTICE TO MARINERS NO: 11/2018 (T) KERJA-KERJA PRE-PENYELIDIKAN, PENYELIDIKAN INTERIM, POST PENYELIDIKAN DAN PENGGALIAN UNTUK PEMASANGAN SALURAN PAIP PRE-SURVEY, INTERIM SURVEY, POST SURVEY AND TRENCHING FOR PIPELINE INSTALLATION WORKS Pelaut-pelaut adalah diperingatkan bahawa kerja-kerja Pemasangan Pre-Penyelidikan, Penyelidikan Interim, Post Penyelidikan dan Penggalian untuk Pemasangan Saluran Paip akan bermula pada 28hb Mac 2018 sehingga 29hb Ogos 2018. Kerja-kerja tersebut akan dilaksanakan oleh pihak Syarikat Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd. Ianya akan menyebabkan pembatasan kepada keselamatan pelayaran. Kapal yang terlibat: Jin Hwa (Call Sign: 9WQQ5) dan Best 9 (Call Sign: N/A). Tempoh: Bermula dari 28hb Mac 2018 sehingga 15hb Ogos 2018. Kedudukan: Kawasan Perairan Pelabuhan Muara diantara Pulau Muara Besar dan Pulau Pelumpong dan menuju ke Utara Pulau Pelumpong. Mariners are hereby notify that there will be works for a Pre-Survey, Interim Survey, Post Survey and Trenching for Pipeline Installation Works which will commence on the 28 th March 2018 until 15 th August 2018. Those works will be implemented by Hengyi Industries Sdn Bhd. It is recognized that it can cause restrictions to safety of navigations. Vessels Involved: Jin Hwa (Call Sign: 9WQQ5) dan Best 9 (Call Sign: N/A). Duration: Commencing from 28 th Mac 2018 until 15 th Ogos 2018. General Locality: Muara Port Water Area in between the Pulau Muara Besar Island and Pulau Pelumpong Island and towards the North side of Pulau Pelumpong Island. Kawasan yang Terlibat: Affected Areas: Sila Rujuk Appendix A: Kedudukan Tapak Kerja & Appendix B: Kedudukan Lampu Navigasi. Nota: Semua datum yang digunakan adalah WGS84 Please Refer to Appendix A: Work Area Coordinates & Appendix B: Navigation Light Coordinates. Note: All datum used is WGS84. Keterangan Aktiviti: Dua buah kapal jenis tongkang dengan peralatan penggorekan akan menggorek dasar laut untuk membina parit untuk saluran paip. Berikutan pemasangan paip kapal-kapal tongkang tersebut bersama dengan peralatan penggorekan-nya akan menimbus saluran paip tersebut. Bahan penggorekan daripada kerja-kerja penggorekan akan diletakkan di dasar laut berdekatan dengan parit tersebut. Laluan 400 meter akan ditinggalkan di bahagian paling dalam diterusan tersebut diperantaraan Pulau Muara Besar dan Pulau Pelumpong diatas sebab alasan alam sekitar dan sebahagian daripada laluan ini juga akan digunakan untuk terusan navigasi. Kawasan Berbahaya: Semua kapal-kapal yang terlibat akan mengikut hala- tuju yang telah ditetapkan perjalanan-nya untuk menjalankan kerja-kerja penggorekan, kapal tersebut juga akan menambat dikawasan perairan tersebut. Details of Activity: Two barges type of vessels with dredging equipment will dredge the seabed to create a trench for pipelay. Following pipelay the same barges and dredging equipment will backfill the pipe. Dredge materials from dredging works will be placed on the seabed adjacent to the trench. A 400 meter passage will be preserved in the deepest section of the channel between Pulau Muara Besar Island and Pulau Pelumpong Island for environmental reasons and part of this passage will also be used for the navigation channel. Danger Areas: All vessels involved will follow a pre-determined charted course for the dredging works, also those vessels will anchor within the vicinity of the water areas.

Pemasangan Pre-Penyelidikan, Penyelidikan Interim,
Post Penyelidikan dan Penggalian untuk Pemasangan
Saluran Paip akan bermula pada 28hb Mac 2018
sehingga 29hb Ogos 2018. Kerja-kerja tersebut akan

penggorekan akan menggorek dasar laut untuk
membina parit untuk saluran paip. Berikutan
pemasangan paip kapal-kapal tongkang tersebut
bersama dengan peralatan penggorekan-nya akan
menimbus saluran paip tersebut.
Bahan penggorekan daripada kerja-kerja penggorekan
akan diletakkan di dasar laut berdekatan dengan parit
tersebut. Laluan 400 meter akan ditinggalkan di
bahagian paling dalam diterusan tersebut
diperantaraan Pulau Muara Besar dan Pulau
Pelumpong diatas sebab alasan alam sekitar dan
sebahagian daripada laluan ini juga akan digunakan
untuk terusan navigasi.
Kawasan Berbahaya:
Semua kapal-kapal yang terlibat akan mengikut hala-
tuju yang telah ditetapkan perjalanan-nya untuk
menjalankan kerja-kerja penggorekan, kapal tersebut

Isyarat Amaran Disediakan:
Empat (04) pepasang lampu kuning yang berkelip
akan dibekalkan untuk mengenal pasti terusan
navigasi diantara Pulau Muara Besar dan Pulau
Pelumpong. Lampu navigasi tersebut direka-bentuk
khas untuk kegunaan utama diwaktu malam. Setiap
pepasang isyarat tersebut akan dipasang pada jarak
200 meters.
Lain-Lain Keperluan: Pelaut-pelaut terutamanya kepada para nelayan-
nelayan tempatan agar tidak memasuki ataupun
berlabuh dilokasi terjejas bagi mengelakkan perkara
yang tidak diingini berlaku. Pelaut-pelaut
diperingatkan dan dikehendaki untuk menjauhi diri
dari zon kawasan kerja dua batu nautika dan
dinasihatkan untuk lebih berhati-hati apabila berlayar
dikawasan tersebut.

Warning Signals Provided:
Four (04) pairs of yellow flashing lights will be
provided to define the navigation channel between
Pulau Muara Besar and Pulau Pelumpong Island. The
navigation lights will be designed primarily for night
time use. Each pair of signals will be installed at a
distance of 200 meters.
Other Requirements:
Mariners especially to local fisherman are prohibited
from entering or berthing at the affected areas in
order to avoid unwanted things to happen. Mariners
are reminded and required to keep well clear from the
work zone at two nautical miles and is advised to
navigate with extra-caution when in the vicinity.
