overcome anger. 2irst, identify the root cause which triggers anger and deal with it
constructively. 3our feelings and body sensation are cues of what is happening
inside you. t will help you to change your thought patterns and interprete them more
positively to displace the anger. +eframing a situation also control anger. 4e!t, write
down angry thoughts to challenge yourself and reappraise them and don’t dwell on
