PURPOSE

 The purpose of this assignment is to give students a first hand feel of designing

and conducting Questionnaire surveys.

REQUIREMENT

 You have been employed by Malaysian Tobacco Company (MTC) to examine the

smoking behaviour of ladies. Design a questionnaire and explain how the

questionnaire was tested. Describe the problems or issues raised as a result of 

the questionnaire testing. Design a suitable research design and conduct an

appropriate survey. What recommendations would you give to MTC in order to

improve its sales performance?
