1) Kenapa kami menukar Pelan Pampasan?

Untuk membaiki cabaran dalam pelan semasa:• Persaingan antara Upline dan Downline yang wujud didalam

kebanyakan pelan pampasan yang menggunakan sistem perbezaan (differential).

• Tekanan kerana ‘break’ yang wujud di dalam pelan pampasan semasa.

• Ahli Terabai: Tiada sokongan daripada Upline tidak langsung kepada Downline tidak langsung.

Untuk meningkatkan pembayaran kepada Ahli Sophie menggunakan sistem praktis terbaik dalam industri MLM.

Untuk memberi ganjaran kepada Ahli Sophie berpandu pada “5 Golden Behaviors for Success”

2) Apakah ‘5 golden behaviors to success’?

1 - Menjual adalah kunci pertama untuk berjaya. • Menjual adalah asas kepada ahli baharu kerana pendapatan terbesar datang

daripada Untung Runcit dan Bonus Peribadi.

• Menjual juga adalah satu kemestian kepada Ahli kerana mereka akan mengajar sikap tersebut kepada ahli baharu mereka dan memberikan maklum balas produk yang bagus kepada Sophie untuk memajukan penawaran.

• Dalam pelan baharu, semua perlu menjual bermula dari Consultant hingga Leader dengan mencapai jualan peribadi daripada RM150/bulan sehingga RM750/bulan.

• Sikap Menjual ini akan dibayar melalui Diskaun Ahli 25% dan Bonus Peribadi bermula 3% sehingga 10%.

2 – Menaja untuk menambah pendapatan.

• Skop utama dalam aktiviti MLM adalah menjana pendapatan.

• Masa yang anda peruntukkan untuk menjual adalah terhad dan anda perlu menduplikasi diri anda untuk menduplikasikan perniagaan anda.

• Ahli Baharu yang anda taja akan membantu menduplikasikan perniagaan anda dan meningkatkan pendapatan.

• Inilah yang dinamakan Penajaan dan ganjarannya ialah Bonus Aras 1 bermula 3% sehingga 5% & Bonus Aras 2 bermula 2% sehingga 3%.

3 – Latihan untuk menjadikan rangkaian anda berjaya. • Kejayaan anda bergantung pada kejayaan rangkaian anda.

• Mendidik rangkaian anda untuk melakukan perkara yang sama seperti yang anda lakukan (duplikasi): Menjual & Menaja.

• Melatih Downline untuk menduplikasikan sikap baik anda untuk menjadikan rangkaian anda berjaya.

Anda melatih Downline untuk meniru sikap positif anda dan nikmati ganjaran dengan Bonus Kumpulan 4%.

4 – Membina (Develop) Leader untuk menjamin pendapatan anda.

• Anda perlu bermula sebagai Pemimpin untuk membina Leader didalam rangkaian anda.

• Ahli Consultant melakukan MLM sebagai pendapatan sampingan tetapi Leader melakukan MLM sebagai pendapatan utama.

• Selepas menjadi Leader, anda akan tahu bagaimana untuk memimpin downline berpotensi ke jalan yang sama.

• Ketika anda mula membina Leader, anda akan mula menikmati Bonus Generasi bermula dari Generasi 1= 5%, Generasi 2= 4%, Generasi 3= 3%, Generasi 4= 2% kepada Generasi 5= 1%

5 - Mengekalkan rangkaian untuk menjaga pendapatan anda.

• Semakin ramai rangkaian anda menjadi tidak aktif, semakin banyak masa yang perlu dikorbankan dengan menaja dan melatih semula dan bukannya fokus membangunkan rangkaian dan Leader anda.

• Kunci-kunci untuk mengekalkan rangkaian adalah:

1. melatih ahli baharu untuk menjana pendapatan pertama mereka dengan untung runcit (retail profit).

2. sentiasa menyokong Downline anda sepanjang proses pembangunan mereka bermula dengan memberi tunjuk ajar bagaimana mengoptimumkan aktiviti jualan sehingga bagaimana memupuk sikap pemimpin dan pendapatan bonus mereka.

• Untuk mengekalkan Ahli-ahli dan Leader-leader anda, anda perlu memimpin tangan mereka dalam setiap langkah menuju destinasi kejayaan.

4) How do I earn money? Leaders

5) Apakah itu ‘Break’?

‘Break’ terjadi apabila Ahli dinaikkan pangkat daripada StatusB<B0 (Team

Manager) kepada StatusB>=B0 mengakibatkan kumpulannya terpisah dari

kumpulan Upline.

Apa akan terjadi kepada saya sebagai Upline?

• Dinaikkan pangkat sebagai Bronze Leader/B1 (jika pangkat anda adalah B0 / Team Manager).

• Mula menikmati Bonus Generasi 1 = 5%.• Anda akan memasuki tempoh penangguhan

(grace period)

Apakah itu tempoh penangguhan (Grace Period)?

• QVGroup Downline anda akan kekal termasuk didalam QVGroup anda pada bulan dia naik pangkat untuk menghalang anda dari sebarang tekanan yang disebabkan perpisahan ini (yang mampu berlaku pada saat-saat akhir bulan)

• Selepas bulan pertama, QVGroup ahli tersebut akan dikecualikan dari QVGroup anda dan sebagai pertukaran, anda akan memiliki tempoh penangguhan (grace period) selama 2 bulan dimana anda hanya perlu mencapai separuh QVGroup yang diperlukan. Jadi hanya RM2,250 daripada RM4,500 untuk pangkat B0.

• Tambahan lagi, jika anda memiliki Grace Period bertindih kerana Team Manager lebih dari 1 didalam Kumpulan Peribadi

anda, jumlah QVGroup yang diperlukan akan terhapus.

Jika ahli memiliki StatusQ= B0 dan StatusB= B0, akan mendapat 4% untuk Generasi 1.

6) Apa yang akan terjadi jika Downline saya tidak mengekalkan pangkat B0?

Jika ahli memiliki StatusQ= B0 dan StatusB= B0, akan mendapat 4% untuk Generasi 1.

Downline anda menjadi B0 dan akan terpisah. Anda akan naik pangkat kepada B1 dan menikmati Bonus Generasi 1 5% daripada jualan downline tersebut.

Pada bulan seterusnya, Downline tersebut tidak mengekalkan Pangkat Kelayakan (StatusQ) B0.

Status Downline anda sebagai Status Lencana (StatusB) akan kekal (rujuk definisi Promotion/Demotion)

Apa akan terjadi kepada saya, Upline beliau?

• Tempoh Penangguhan (Grace Period) kekal untuk 2 bulan.

• Pangkat Kelayakan (StatusQ) sebagai B0 akan kekal dan hanya perlu mencapai Jumlah Kelayakan Berkumpulan (QVGroup) sebanyak RM2,250.

• Anda akan mendapat 4% daripada Generasi 1 QVGroup Downline anda tersebut .

7) Apakah kelebihan Pelan baharu?

1 – Lebih pendapatan & lebih sasaran dicapai.

• Bonus Value 60% didalam pelan baharu berbanding 50% pelan lama.

• Jumlah berkumpulan yang terpisah (break) RM4,500 berbanding RM15,000 atau RM6,000 didalam pelan lama.

• Ganjaran tunai bermula pangkat A3&A4 berbanding didalam pelan lama, anda perlu mencapai sekurang-kurangnya Executive Manager untuk mendapat ganjaran tunai.

2 – Tiada lagi persaingan antara Upline & Downline.

• Tiada lagi bonus perbandingan (differential bonus)

• Jika Downline anda naik pangkat, anda tidak lagi mendapat bonus lebih rendah.

• Anda akan mendapat % sama atau lebih dalam amaun yang lebih besar.

3 – Tiada lagi tekanan apabila Downline terpisah (break).

• Jumlah yang baru terpisah (new breaks) akan kekal didalam Jumlah Kelayakan (QV) pada bulan pertama perpisahan itu terjadi.

• Selepas bulan pertama Break, anda akan mempunyai tempoh penangguhan (Grace Period) 2 bulan dimana anda hanya perlu mencapai separuh Jumlah Berkumpulan (GV) untuk mengekalkan pangkat.

• Jika New Breaks lebih dari 1 dalam bulan yang sama, Jumlah Berkumpulan (GV) yang diperlukan akan terhapus.

9) Apa yang berlaku semasa tempoh peralihan (Transition Period)?

Jika Ahli mendapat bonus lebih rendah dengan Pelan Pampasan Baharu, ahli tersebut akan mendapat Bonus Pelarasan (Adjustment Bonus) untuk menyamaratakan bahagian perbezaan antara pelan lama dan pelan baharu.

Bonus Pelarasan tersebut akan ditunjukkan didalam penyata bonus hanya didalam penyata akhir pada akhir bulan bertujuan untuk menggalakkan kesemua Ahli untuk fokus hanya pada Pelan Pampasan Baharu.

Tempoh Peralihan akan mengambil masa 6 bulan dan semasa tempoh ini, bonus pelarasan akan berevolusi secara menurun mengikut bahagian perbezaan antara pelan lama dan baharu.

10) Apakah Bonus Matang Ekstra (Maturation Extra Bonus)?

Jalur rangkaian Sophie Paris Malaysia telah dibentuk mengikut acuan pelan pampasan semasa.

Apabila kami memperkenalkan Pelan Pampasan Baharu, Ahli dan Leader akan mengadaptasi kelakuan mereka untuk mengoptimumkan bonus dengan merubah bentuk & saiz semasa Sophie Paris Malaysia.

Kami menggelarkan perubahan ini sebagai tempoh matang (maturation period).

Semasa tempoh matang ini, bayaran bonus sebenar akan kurang berbanding sasaran Bonus Value (BV) 24%.

Untuk menggalakkan sikap yang betul dan pembangunan Team Manager & Leader, kami memutuskan untuk membayar bonus tambahan semasa tempoh matang ini untuk menyamaratakan bahagian perbezaan antara % bayaran sebenar BV dan sasaran 24% BV kami.

Bonus Matang Ekstra akan dikira secara pro-rata mengikut bonus sebenar dan akan dibayar hanya kepada Team Manager & Leader sahaja sehingga bayaran bonus BV mencapai sasaran 24%.

11) Mengapa kami melakukan proses mampatan rangkaian (compression)?

Hari ini, setiap ahli yang aktif dan Leader memiliki Downline tidak aktif melebihi setahun.

Kami memanggil mereka ‘Ahli Tidur’.

Jika Ahli memiliki ‘Ahli Tidur’ didalam rangkaian aras 1 & 2, Ahli tidak mendapat kelebihan penuh dari Bonus Aras 1 & 2.

‘Ahli Tidur’ tersebut akan memperoleh tempoh peralihan 6 bulan untuk kembali aktif.

Selepas tempoh peralihan tersebut, Sophie Paris Malaysia akan melakukan proses mampatan (compression) ; dimana setiap ‘Ahli Tidur’ akan dikeluarkan dari rangkaian dan ahli bawahan mereka akan diletakkan secara langsung pada Penaja ‘Ahli Tidur’ itu.

Hasilnya, Ahli yang aktif & Leader akan memperolehi rangkaian yang bersih dari ‘Ahli Tidur’ dan mampu mengoptimumkan jualan Aras 1 & 2.

Bonus Aras 1 & 2 akan meningkat.

‘Ahli Tidur’ adalah ahli Sophie Paris sepanjang hayat oleh itu mereka masih layak menikmati diskaun ahli 25%.

‘Ahli Tidur’ boleh memilih untuk menutup akaun dan berdaftar semula dibawah rangkaian penaja pilihan pada bila-bila masa.

12) Definition Symbol: = Equal, > Greater, >= Greater or Equal, < Lower, <= Lower or Equal.

 Compensation Plan/MLM:The Sophie Paris Compensation Plan is a reward system featuring Retail Profit on sales of products as well as MLM Bonuses applied to Members Genealogy performance. Sophie Paris agrees to treat Members with fairness, honesty and courtesy. But reciprocally the revenue generated by the Members will be awarded only to Members who work according to the principles of Ethics approved by Sophie Paris. Sponsor/Tree/Genealogy:Each Member registered in Sophie Paris Database has a unique Sponsor. The Sponsor is the Member by whom he was recruited. The list of Members is a perfect Tree Genealogy with no orphan children and a single root named Sophie. In this entire document, the word Tree will indicate the full Network Multi-Levels Tree below a Member until infinite Levels. Level/Direct Down-lines/Indirect Down-lines:A level is the location in your genealogy that a Member is on, regardless of his Status. If a Member is directly below you, he is on your first level (also named Direct Down-lines). The Members directly below him are on your second level, and so on. Member Discount:All Members registered at Sophie Paris will benefit immediately from the Member Discount. This Discount percentage will be the same for all the Members (25% for Regular Catalog Items, 10% for Promo Items and 0% for Catalogs, Starter kits, Marketing Tools, Packing, Transport as well as Bazaar Items) and will be directly deducted on the Member's Invoices. After purchasing products at discounted price, Sophie Members can re-sell these products to non-Members at Catalog Price and earn the difference as a Retail Profit. Active Member/Bonus:You are considered Active this month if your Personal Volume in Catalog Price (QvPerso) is higher or equal to 150 MYR on current month. All the Members will get the benefit of the Member Discount but only the Active Members will get the advantage of the Bonus. The Bonus percentages will differ from Member to Member because they will grow when a Member develop his Network and increase his Status. The Bonuses will be calculated at the end of the Month and will be paid to Members monthly. Status Qualified (StatusQ):Your Status Qualified (StatusQ) is the status for which you meet the qualification conditions in the current month. It fluctuates from month to month and determines how your bonuses are calculated for the current month. Status Badge (StatusB):Your Status Badge (StatusB) is your recognition status and is not changing every month versus your StatusQ. Your StatusB changes only in the case of Promotion (read Promotion definition) or in case of Demotion (read Demotion definition). The Promotion/Demotion mechanism is organized in such a way that your StatusB is always higher or equal (but never lower) than your StatusQ.Remark: The Generation mechanism is based on StatusB and not on StatusQ (read Personal Group and Generation definitions). Promotion (of your Status Badge):If your current month StatusQ is higher than your previous month StatusB, a promotion will occur. Such a Promotion will upgrade your current month StatusB to be equal to your current month StatusQ. In such a way your current month StatusB will not become lower than your current month StatusQ. Demotion (of your Status Badge):You must be qualified to your Status Badge at least one time every 6 consecutive months. It means that you must have StatusQ=StatusB at least one time every 6 consecutive months. If it is not the case, a Demotion will take place on the 6th Month. Such a Demotion will downgrade your current month StatusB to be equal to your current month StatusQ. In such a way, your current month StatusB will not become lower than your current month StatusQ even if it can become lower than some of your last 6 months StatusQ.Remark: The StatusB from A1 (Bronze Consultant) to A4 (Diamond Consultant) are never Demoted. We consider them as Status Badge forever. Status Advancement (StatusAdv):It is the maximum Advancement Reward that you already got. You will be rewarded for each Status only one time in your life. To get a Reward you must maintain during multiple consecutive months your StatusQ at the level of your next Advancement Status (or higher). If you jump over your next Advancement Status, no Reward will be skipped but you will get a maximum of one Status Reward per month.

If a Member of your Personal Group is promoted from StatusB<B0 (Team Manager) to StatusB>=B0, his QvGroup will exceptionally remain included in your QvGroup for the Month of his Promotion but his BvGroup as well as his Group will anyway break away from yours (the anti-stress favor is applied only to the Qualification Volumes).BvTree: Sum of BvPerso of all the Members of your full network Tree (including yourself). Grace Period:If a Member of your Personal Group is promoted from StatusB<B0 (Team Manager) to StatusB>=B0, his QvGroup will exceptionally remain included in your QvGroup for the Month of his Promotion in order to prevent you from any stress linked to this Break (which could happen even at the last second of the month). After this first Month his QvGroup will be excluded from your QvGroup but in exchange you will have a Grace Period of 2 Months where you will have to achieve only half of the required QvGroup. Additionally, if you have overlapping Grace Periods due to multiple new Team Managers in your Personal Group, your required QvGroup will be waived.Remark: This Grace discount on the required QvGroup is valid even if you Qualify to a StatusQ<B0 like A4 (Diamond Consultant).

Business Center (Bc):Sophie Paris can give permission to its best performing Members to distribute Sophie Paris Products. These points of sale will be referred as Business Centers (Bc) in Sophie terminology. Each Business Center will be required to sell Sophie Paris Products to all Sophie Paris Members including those who have not been directly or indirectly sponsored by the Member in charge of the Business Center. Sales made by a Business Center are always done exactly at same conditions of Price and Discount that the Sales done directly by Sophie Paris to its Members. Similarly, these Sales through a Business Center will be taken into account in the Bonus Calculation exactly in the same way as the direct Sales done by Sophie Paris. Finally, each Business Center will serve as a registration office, where new Members can come and register exactly in the same conditions as when registering at Sophie Paris. In particular, these new recruits registered at the Bc will have a complete freedom to choose their Sponsor and will not be forced to choose to be sponsored directly or indirectly by the Member in charge of the Business Center. Sleeping Member:If a Member remains for 12 consecutive months without doing any purchase, he will be called a Sleeping Member. Sophie Paris will transfer his Direct Down-lines (with their full network Tree) to be directly linked to his Sponsor. Tax:All the Bonuses and Rewards described in the current document will be subjected before Member payment to Malaysia income Tax according to the law of the Federation of Malaysia. All the income rates announced in the current document are intended to be gross income rates before tax deduction. Sophie Paris will of course transfer to the state of Malaysia all relevant deducted tax amounts on behalf of Sophie Paris Members.
