Reactions 1182 - 15 Dec 2007 S Pregabalin Hypersensitivity reaction: case report A woman [age not stated] received her first pregabalin dose [dose not stated] for neuropathic pain and, 4.5 hours later, she woke during the night with difficulty breathing because of a swollen tongue, neck and face.
