penjajahan British, sebagai a branch of the British Red Cross . A. AKTA

(i) Akt a No. 4/1962Setelah merdeka Akta No. 4/1962, Feder a tio n of M alaya Red Cross(Inc orpor a tio n Ac t 1962) diwujudkan.

(ii) Akt a No. 47/1965a) Seterusnya pada tahun 1965, Akta 47/65 pula diwujudkan dengan

nama M alay si an Red Cross So c iet y (Inc orpor a tio n Ac t1965) .

b) Dengan itu Akta No. 4/1962 dibatalkan.(iii) Akt a 162

a) Pada tahun 1975, satu lagi Akta diwujudkan iaitu :-M alay si an Red Cross So c iet y (Chang e o f N am e) A c t, 1975 .Dengan ini nama Palang Merah ditukar kepada BULAN SABIT MERAH

b) Dengan itu Persatuan ini sekarang dikenali dengan namaP ERSATUAN BULAN SABIT MERAH MALAYSIA (TheMalaysian Red Crescent Society).

(b) Semua harta benda dan kewangan yang dimiliki adalah hak Persatuan(c) Semua wang tidak boleh diderma kepada lain-lain organisasi, kecuali kepada Institusi

yang mempunyai matlamat dan tujuan yang sama dengan Persatuan.(d) Ahli tidak boleh membuat rayuan derma atau mengambil bahagian dalam pungutan

derma, kecuali mendapat kebenaran NEB atau Cawangan.(e) Cawangan atau Cabang tidak boleh pungut derma di Cawangan lain, kecuali

mendapat kebenaran NEB dan Cawangan berkenaan.(f) Bank Akaun hanya boleh dibuka atas nama Persatuan, setelah mendapat kelulusan

NEB, atau Cawangan atau Cabang.

(a) Semua surat menyurat/perhubungan dengan Kerajaan Malaysia atau Badan Antarabangsa hendaklah melalui IPK.

(b) Semua surat menyurat/perhubungan dengan Kerajaan Negeri hendaklah melaluiCawangan.

(c) Perhubungan dengan IPK oleh Ahli atau Cabang hendaklah melalui Cawangan.(d) Perhubungan oleh Cabang dengan Cawangan lain atau Cabang lain di luar Cawanganhendaklah melalui Cawangan masing-masing

(e) Semua ahli kecuali P e ng erusi Keb ang s aan , S/Us aha Ag u ng , P e ng erusiCa wangan /C a b ang , S/Us aha Ke h or ma t C a wangan /C a b ang tidak dibenar membuatpersidangan akhbar, memberi maklumat atau bercakap di Radio/TV, melainkanmendapat mandat daripada NEB, Cawangan atau Cabang.
