In a organisation overall starategic plan, standard of our company is very important. The employees also have to performance in their daily activities.

In our company employees performance can measured in attitude of worker, morale their to work, development in the attitude within the physical environment and the communication with the superiors. In our company will can through a report in written for example, absenteesim report, quality of product and services report.

In our company manager read computer report, they actual performance meets or short fall the standards.performance report is the place you actually performance the standard for some period of times.

In our company, manager must see the changes of the standard it apply or not.if the standard is not apply that mean the standard cant use anymore. In Sharon Imperial Hotel, we have to change the standard for few year because it will make the company stadard higher and to achieve goals.

Feedforward is use to anticipate problems before they arise so that problems do not occur later during the conversion process. It also giving stringent product specifications to suppliers in advance. It can be used to keep in contact with suppliers and to monitor their progress

Concurrent control is give managers immediate feedback on how efficiently inputs are being transformed into outputs. It also allow managers to correct problems as they arise.

Feedback control is used to provide information at the output stage about customers reactions to goods and services so that corrective action can be taken if necessary.
